Larson underwent a rigorous training regime to transform herself into Captain Marvel. But at 33, she is more passionate about pursuing a new form of physical activity that allows the actress to express herself better. Sharing a carousel of pictures from her dancing journey, the Hoot star confessed, “Over the holidays last year, my inner voice was telling me to dance. So, she narrated how a call to her friend helped her meet a professional dancer, Charlie Arches. Larson resolved to dance six hours a day to pursue her newfound passion. “Every day we’d get up at 5am to get to the studio by 7:30am. There, we’d work on building a dancer. Flexibility, strength, weight transfers, spirals, breath, fascia, rooting – my experience was expanding,” the Golden Globe awardee wrote in her post.

And thank you to my body for growing with me!” However, Larson earlier shared her post-workout blues with her Instagram family.
