In the recent video uploaded by @hanyrambod_FST7, he is accompanied by Jesse James West. In the video when West is seen exercising, Rambod seems to look quite impressed by Jesse’s structure, however, a tinge of sarcasm can be sensed right off. He says, “There you go”. But when West asks him, “Good stuff right?” Hany Rambod is reported to comment, “Quality” and end the video with a wink.

He wasn’t alone, though. West had invited his friend Brandon. It is reported ,“They started the exercise with four sets of Skull Crusher with 10 reps, and Barbell curls with 4 sets and 10 reps. “

Not everyone can be impressed by one type of physique. Everyone has their own preferences. While some would judge bodybuilders by their biceps, a few others would check their backs. It is quite unlikely that one can impress a person who is used to seeing even better body frames. However, that shouldn’t be a reason to get demotivated. Each individual has their own improvement chart and takes their own sweet time to prove themselves.
