$130 Million Chris Hemsworth Unbundles a Next-Gen Full Body Workout Kit From His $200 Million Fitness Brand

Chris Hemsworth is a well-known name in the fitness and bodybuilding sphere at this point. Thanks to the various transformations he has made over the years for countless roles in the realm of Hollywood. Training since his teenage years, Hemsworth has made an incredibly muscular and aesthetic physique over the years. 

The luxury of hiring a personal trainer is not something that everyone can afford. Realizing the same, Hemsworth decided to share his years of knowledge and experience with his fans via a fitness app that he started back in 2019. ‘Centr’ is now worth a whopping $200 Million as it helps countless individuals to get a step closer to their fitness goals. Recently, Hemsworth posted an Instagram story where he revealed a new workout kit that the brand has launched. Let’s take a look.

Hemsworth makes sure to train and maintain a strict diet regularly with the help of professionals by his side. Though he understands that the average person does not have this option. His app Centr offers a subscription, along with other workout-related equipment and tools. These can help an individual in their fitness regimen. The latest workout kit that the brand has launched was displayed by Hemsworth in his recent Instagram story.

Hemsworth said, “Hey what’s up everyone, so I’ve got my new Centr fitness kit here, about to do a workout. It’s got a bunch of different resistance bands for different levels of training and different goals. It’s got a matt so you can do a full body workout. Enjoy, get evolved.”

The video continued with Hemsworth displaying some of the exercises that this kit can help in doing, like Banded Squats, Banded Chest Flys, Banded Rear Flys, Banded Prisoner Squats, Banded Fire Hydrants, Banded Russian Twists, etc.

Apart from just physical well-being, Hemsworth also promotes maintaining good brain health and focusing on mental health. He recently got to know about a gene present in his body that is linked to an increased risk of Alzheimer’s disease. This made him understand the importance of ensuring good brain health as well. 

Hemsworth talks about the changes that he made in his lifestyle

After he got to know about this, Hemsworth was forced to make drastic lifestyle changes. However, it was in his best interest only. He added meditation to his routine to incorporate “more solitude” in his life. Apart from this, he also added a sauna and ice baths and ensures to get a good night’s sleep by keeping his distance from digital rays hours before going to bed.

Hemsworth shared his honest reaction. “It was a good kick in the a*se and a reminder to do whatever is in my power to give myself the best fighting chance,” said Hemsworth. “Whatever work I’m doing for my brain health benefits the rest of my body, we turned it into a positive,” he added.
