Flex Wheeler opened up about his addiction

He had problems due to the traumas he faced in life. The IFBB pro and 5-time Ironman Pro winner, 4-time Arnold Classic winner struggled during his younger times mentally and physically which led him into darker places.

He shared with the hopeaholics about his hardship with addiction and wanting to protect his children from this dreadful fate. He said, ?Thats just the world we live in, you talk about Fentanyl there it is bro.? Wheeler described that he did not have an attraction towards, drugs but he was addicted to women and being promiscuous with them. He said, ?I don?t have that desire to be a drug addict because it’s easy for me.??

However, he showed his gratitude and said, ? I am thankful.? This was about his children who were great and had good ethics and he almost teared up talking about his regrets. Wheeler also expressed the fact that he was thankful to God for his children and good life and the fact that he became a better man. The man has a heart of gold and thanked Foued Zaatar, who is one of his students.

After Zaatar?lost his Mr Olympia, Wheeler?encouraged him by writing a heartfelt note. He said,??Thank you for your kind words and encouragement! It?s great to hear that despite not achieving the desired outcome, you still recognize the value of the knowledge and insight gained from your efforts.??

He added, ?As your coach, I appreciate your recognition of my dedication and focus, and I share in your excitement to continue our journey together towards reaching the number one spot.??
