Nick ‘The Mutant’ Walker has already captured the attention of bodybuilding veterans. After his 2022 Olympia, all eminent bodybuilders like Hany Rambod and Flex Wheeler had seen potential in the new champion. As a recent contender for 2023, Mr. Olympia is in the limelight and everyone wants to know what the 29-year-old is up to for the next competition.

IFBB pro league head judge Tamer ‘The Razor’, took a short interview with ‘Mutant’. Fans will get a lot of new information from this interview. Nick seems ready to take on the challenge and has revamped his training.

‘The Razor’ got the exclusive inside story right from Nick Walker?s mouth for the 2023 Mr. Olympia preparations. He asked Nick about his latest progress, to which Walker replied, ?It’s good we started at 20 weeks out we are 14 weeks out now and everything is going to plan. I am definitely at my biggest and my leanest. I was 288 lbs this morning.?

He further said that he was 250 lbs at the Olympia, and he also admitted that his conditioning was not in the right way during his Mr. Olympia performance. When El asked him if changed his muscle growth process according to what the judges told him, he answered on a positive note. ‘The Mutant’ said that he changed his training routine, and he achieved more ’round’ in the quads as the instructions by the judges.

The IFBB pro judge finished off the interview on a good note and told fans that they can expect Nick Walker to become the next Olympia this November. Nick Walker has changed his methodology when it comes to working out, and this has benefited him in more than one way.?

In a recent?Instagram post shared?by Flex Lewis the 29-year-old beast said, ?You?re pushing to improve every workout you?re pushing past to where you can?t recover I had to learn that and I think it is it?s helped me?.? Walker realized that an intense workout needs intense resting periods as well to replenish the body.

He acknowledged the fine line between optimal training intensity and over-exhaustion. This led to his recent success, and Nick Walker is now concentrating on quality over quantity. Walker said in the post, ?My last update noticed my legs look bigger again, and I think it?s because now I?m focusing on what should I have been doing instead of thinking more is better.?
