Silverback Tarzan aka Matt Lewis, prances around the ground like a teenager. He is as agile as a young man, but his grey hair shows maturity beyond years. Lewis claims to be a natural fitness enthusiast. He shot to fame owing to his jacked musculature at 51 years. His veiny arms and dry conditioning are dreams every mature bodybuilder wants to achieve, and Lewis, through his clean lifestyle, is enjoying the journey. 

Recently the fitness influenced who is TikTok’s hotshot posted a clip on Instagram detailing his approach to mindful living. Lewis also flaunts a well-defined six-pack abs. However, his ripped body and low body fat percentage caught the internet’s eye. They took the post with a pinch of salt.

Matt Lewis is a flying instructor and owner at Airsports Sussex. In his free time, he is building a community of like-minded individuals who likes to share positivity and love. The wise man credits his past to the overall meditative state of his being. He likes to be one with nature, workout, eat clean and reflect- the usual stuff. Lewis attributes simplicity to his spectacular physique in the age of information overload.

Furthermore, in the Instagram post, he revealed his fitness secrets. “So when you stop, you lose it. 51 now Getting all the right foods. Getting my eggs every day, getting my porridge every day, fruit, macro powder, and cacao, I drink plenty of water. Get lots of physical exercise..carry a bit of weight, and struggle a bit. Try to give as much love as possible,” said Lewis.

His choices underscore the value of consistency. However, some netizens pondered on the natural status of Lewis. Some called him out, while others supported him. They think there is more to the story than just hard work and discipline. 

Fans think Silverback Tarzan is relying on help

Whenever a bodybuilder claims to be natural, the fitness community gets divided. Arguably, most believe a clean lifestyle has limitations when it comes to increasing muscle mass and improving performance. Even famous Youtuber Jesse James West tossed doubts about gear in one of his prep series videos. Hence, no one is immune from this kind of debate. Earlier, Silverback Tarzan got comments on the topic.

One subscriber said, “If anyone thinks he’s natural. Step into reality pls.” 

Echoing the same sentiments a follower commented, “And inject a tad of testosterone. No need to hide it. We all know past 35, it starts to decline. So we need to top it up.”
