Bodybuilding is a very competitive sport that needs athletes to be in their top game at all times. The Sandow trophy is the ultimate goal and getting it is not easy. While many impress the panel, very few can leave a mark like Ronnie Coleman. With an exceptional structure, no one comes near 8-time Mr Olympia?s excellence.
Coleman, who always took pride in his physique, once stated that he had an unbelievably low body fat percentage. Generation Iron brought this up again, and Yudin raised doubts about its truthfulness. Coleman received support from Victor Martinez, who came to his defense and expressed certain things. Let’s see how he stood up for the bodybuilding legend.

Victor Martinez, Ehsan Farahi, Edward Mejia Jr, and Vlad Yudin were discussing body fat percentage in the bodybuilding world. This is when Yudin took out some facts and addressed Ronnie Coleman?s case, where he supposedly had an impossibly low body-fat percentage. He said, ?Speaking of Ronnie Coleman here so three years ago he went on the podcast I think..Ronnie Coleman said that he was 0.33% body fat and sometimes even negative.?
This is when the others asked Martinez?s opinion since he knew and worked with Coleman before. ?I?m not gonna doubt him I mean the person who gave them the actual test tell him the truth?? was his verdict. The 2000s IFBB pro icon was ready to defend the 8-time Mr. Olympia winner. Victor Martinez also said that Coleman is a guy with integrity, so he believes him.
Bodybuilders are already recognized for possessing body fat, which is essential to the sport. Discussing this matter, Ronnie Coleman disclosed his body fat percentage on a Joe Rogan podcast. Coleman stated that he had 0.33% body fat during his competitive days. Nevertheless, Physician Brian Sutterer rejected the feasibility of this claim.

According to the physician,??It is impossible to have zero percent body fat.? A human must at least have 2 to 5 percent body fat. Addressing why Ronnie Coleman said so, the medical practitioner said that machines that calculate this are sometimes wrong. Just like Victor, Brian also dismissed Coleman as being dishonest, saying, ?I don?t think Coleman knows any?better.? He blamed the machine due to faulty results.
The IFBB pro who worked at the police department is known for his honesty and integrity, apart from his jacked physique. Ronnie ‘King’ Coleman has the record for most wins as an IFBB professional.
