In a recent interview with Men’s Health, Director and stuntman, Sam Hargrave discussed various topics such as his diet and fitness routine. Among those topics, Hargrave revealed the ‘craziest injury’ of his career. During the interview, he shed light on the challenges associated with his job, including the constant need to transform his body and fluctuate in weight according to different roles. He also opened up about the “too many concussions” he had during the shooting of Captain America’s Civil War.

Revealing what he eats normally, Hargrave stated that he is “a big egg guy” when it comes to breakfast. He prefers to stay away from processed foods as much as possible and also consumes very low amounts of carbs. Talking about the foods he absolutely avoids, Hargrave stated that he stays away from sodas. “I haven’t had one of those in probably over 20 years,” he said. When it comes to his sweet cravings, he finds comfort in enjoying a little block of premium dark chocolate.

Further discussing his workouts, he disclosed that regardless of his hectic schedule; he ensures to engage in a specific exercise every 30 minutes, regardless of his location. In the interview, he mentioned that he dedicates 5-6 workout sessions per week, ranging from 15 to 90 minutes, depending on his current fitness objectives.
