Some fans feel assured with the Quadfather’s word of advice

In a recent Instagram Reel posted by @jace.kenney, Platz is reported to suggest that weight doesn’t seem to be a concern, while reps deserve the most attention. He firmly comments, “Reps are where the gold is.” He further states that the leg length doesn’t matter as there are squatters who had tiny legs but did wonders. To this opinion, one fan says, “Gonna use this advice and squat 25 pounds for 300 reps.”

One of the other fans enthusiastically accepts Platz’s instructions regarding squats and reps so much so; that he deliberately states, “You got it! Everything is about the perfect movement and the tempo.” While another pops up giving voice, “Time this King says it on repeat!”

While a lot of the comments speak in agreement with the retired bodybuilding legend, some viewers did not hesitate to raise their voices to indicate a subtle difference of opinions. These arguments specially arrived after the contrast noticed between Coleman’s ideal arrangement and the one suggested by Tom.

Tom Platz’s recommendations get questioned by some

Although while agreeing with Tom, one fan pointed out, “This is true ?. But to be more accurate, to get big muscles your goal should be to stretch the muscle and not lifting the weight.” While another viewer sharply says, “Yes…but the weight is increased gradually but with the same amount of more reps.” Thus adhering to the Quadfather‘s suggestions, they also bring forth certain facades that can become a matter to consider.

Despite the difference of opinions, Tom Platz’s achievements, especially with his leg development of up to 30 inches, earned him respect in the bodybuilding industry.
