In the latest post on their Instagram handle, @risinglifters stuns their audience. They reshared Garza’s recent post with a different caption. A 15-year-old is reported to have achieved what many experienced lifters couldn’t. In the post, they write,?“15 year old Federico Garza breaks his all-time squat PR with this 500lb / 227kg squat? ?.”?They further added,?“This is 2.5kg over the current American record ??? What are they feeding these kids ??”

It is never too easy to squat press over 300 pounds, let alone at that young age. Federico has already become a full-fledged fitness influencer. He regularly posts his gym sessions on his Instagram profile, which is recently grabbing a lot of attention from fans.

On July 15, 2023, 33-year-old fitness influencer?Justyn Vicky died while exercising at the gym. The social media sensation had been attempting to squat press 463 pounds, but horrendously, the barbell fell on his neck, causing his death. Although he had his spotter around, the mismanagement led to a terrible accident. This further created awareness about being aware of one’s strength and capacity to lift and also not to do ego-lifting.

Despite being a teenager, Federico has been astounding the whole fitness community with his absolutely amazing records. Although how much of it should be considered healthy cannot be judged, nonetheless, the 15-year-old is at his peak.
