The 49-year-old bodybuilder shared a TikTok video where he was replying to queries regarding his diet. While answering a question, ”What is the best food for mass? Protein or carbohydrate?” he stated that he heavily relied on red meat for building his body mass.

Definitely. When I was trying to mass up, I would eat a little more red meat, sometimes like four times a day when I first started training,” he said in the video. While speaking about the carbs, his go-to food was pasta. He stated that it is the best carbohydrate to consider for bulking up.

I ate a lot of pasta when I was trying to put on mass and luckily I didn’t put on a ton of sap,” he added. He used to also have white potatoes and rice as a part of his diet. Cutler was more concerned about gaining mass than how the food tasted. He even went to the extent of eating 24 hours to meet his huge calorie diet.
