Mike O’Hearn, with his 4 Mr. Universe titles, has always voiced his opinions about the overuse of strength-boosting drugs fiercely. The Titan recently spoke harshly about how amateur bodybuilders have started counting on steroids at a very young age to attain the physique of their dreams.

Mike O’Hearn’s suggestion for aspiring bodybuilders
In a recent video uploaded by Generation Iron Fitness YouTube channel, O’Hearn can be seen giving valuable advice to young bodybuilders. The legend gave a reality check to those who rely on the doses of drugs and steroids for quicker results. Advising people about using PEDs, he said, “Do not set yourself up to fail in life by starting this stuff.”

Here, he talked about the fact that some fitness influencers encourage people to go on steroids. Along with this, he brought up IFBB Pro bodybuilding coach, Greg Doucette, who once said O’Hearn had been on steroids since his high school days. Calling out the bodybuilding coach, he said, “Greg Doucette is a great example of somebody that says Mike’s been on it since he was in High School junior high school and I’m still here closing in on 60 it’s like that’s misleading that’s the stuff that’s going to hurt people. Let’s be smart about this.”
