Frank Zane shares his recommendations for muscle growth

In his latest Instagram post, Frank brings forward a crucial topic of the fitness world. It is a necessity for most, if not all, fitness enthusiasts to progress their muscular growth. In his post, Zane thus tries to help out the budding bodybuilders. He meticulously writes, “If you’re looking for muscular growth, try working up in weight every set for three or four sets.”

Moreover, he further states, “When you increase weight every set, you’ll need to rest longer in order to recover enough strength for a successful next set.” He briefly breaks down the whole process and explains why bodybuilders need to rest longer after working up each set. Additionally, he remarks, “This usually means you do fewer repetitions because the weight is heavier.”
