Greg Doucette talks about the unhealthy eating habits of the Americans

He shared a video on Instagram that talked about the high percentage of fat that Americans have. The woman in the video narrated, “Here’s a little fascinating titbit for you. Americans, on average, have become fatter than pigs. In a previous YouTube video, the Guinness Book of World record winner, while criticizing Bumstead’s claim about his diet,  said, “Total calories ended up coming up to 3 700 calories, and that’s with 300 grams of protein and 370 grams of carbs.” Greg notes it down and remarks to clear the misconceptions, “He’s not eating five to six or seven thousand calories a day.”

Doucette emphasizes stated that, “Bulking up in the off-season. He’s mean gaining. He got his weight up as high as 269 pounds and said that it was too big. I have to cut back a little bit.” He figured that Bumstead ate 75 to 80 percent of the calories at his peak intake.
