Rich Gaspari’s training technique

Developing abs is a crucial task in the sport of bodybuilding and many try different workouts to sport a well-defined abs. Now, the bodybuilding icon Rich Gaspari revealed a trick for developing great lower abs.

In his Instagram post, the 60-year-old bodybuilder was seen doing multiple reps of leg raises. “Training abs strengthens your core that can help you with training other parts of your body,” he wrote in the caption. Further adding the essence of the exercise, the Hall of Famer said, “Leg raises are great to do for training lower Abs. I also do ab crunches to work overall abs along with twisting crunches to work intercostals.”

Gaspari suggested including an ab workout at least two to three times a week and the rep range on abs should be 15 to 50. Gaspari is one of the bodybuilders who is aging gracefully and had revealed his anti-aging secret.

So, he took to Morpheus8 treatment to reduce fine lines and wrinkles on his face. “Today men want to look young and this treatment is like a facelift without the evasive surgery and downtime,” he wrote in his earlier post.
