Mike O’Hearn shares an exclusive video of him and Rich Piana

In his latest Tweet, Mike O’Hearn uploads a video from a few years ago. In the video, Rich was seen enthusiastically collaborating with Mike at Gold’s Gym. Both the entities recorded to have been helping each other throughout the session. O’Hearn writes in his caption that accompanies the Tweet, “Never Before Seen Footage Rich Piana & Mike O’Hearn Killing The Famous Arm Workout”.

Nearing the end of the video, the footage also showed a fun interaction between Mike and Rich. While Piana was exercising, Mike jokingly tried to measure his massive arms of 23.5 inches. The video also testifies to their bond thus, as well as the intense workout they had thoroughly enjoyed.

Rich Piana, although famous for his massive body and arms, he had once expressed how he didn’t have the ideal body type that could attract women. He further distinguished who they were more drawn to.

In an old interview, Rich Piana once had said, “Just a more leaner, athletic boy. So when you get to the stage that I?m at, 280 pounds ? 290 pounds, the general public isn?t really necessarily attracted to that. So it kind of defeats the purpose, if you are doing it to get women.” He made it quite clear that women like leaner physiques, like that of Brad Pitt.
