57 YO Superjacked New Yorker Who Built His Physique Naturally, Says Supplements Are “All A Lie”

Can achieving a jacked physique be possible with regular old living that does not involve a strict training routine and intake of supplements? A 57-year-old jacked New Yorker left everyone amazed by his captivating body full of well-developed muscles and mass. The credit for his superactive body and fitness goes to his natural way of living. 

The jacked man seems to be an inspiration for those who train hard in the gym and rely on supplement consumption. He has shown the world that with simple living, one can still look good and fit. In one of his interviews, he acknowledged the fact that supplements are a lie. Besides this, he has revealed some fascinating facts about his lifestyle that keep him healthy.

A Man reveals the reason behind his jacked body

In a video posted by the BodyByMark Instagram account, a super jacked man is interviewed and he talks about his amazing lifestyle that helps him stay active and fit. On being asked about his workout, he said, “I do chest and tri’s one day, back and bi’s another, shoulders another, and then legs on that day, and then move to Core cardio and circle back around, do it all over again.” In order to keep his body ripped, he trains every part of his body without any pressure. 

Next, he was asked about his eating regimen. Revealing his diet, he said, “This morning I had a coffee and that was it. That’s it? Had to breakfast. Right now I’m getting breakfast 2 hours after that all day long.” He usually eats eggs for breakfast. 2 hours before breakfast, he prefers to drink his coffee.

He revealed that he does cardio for 22 minutes not every single day but in a week. According to him, no cardio in the world can keep anybody fit. Proper diet is the key to a perfect physique and lifestyle. Ahead during the conversation, he spoke about his sleeping routine.

The host further asked him, “How many hours a night do you sleep? And do you take any supplements?” Responding to the question, he said, “No, they’re all a lie”. “Do you take no supplements?”, he asked him again and a 56-year-old man said, “No It’s all lies.”

After the interviewer asked him his age and what keeps him motivated to just keep going at it? He said, “I started when I was 27. I knew if I’d stopped for a week, I’d never come back, so I said I have to keep going.” Having been impressed by the man, the host said, “Wow, it’s working man.
