Jay Cutler has also given out a crucial list of 5 strategies on how to stay healthy. Besides stating what to avoid, the former Mr. Olympia also noted the important nutrients a fitness enthusiast must consume for the betterment of their own health.

Jay Cutler advises people to keep their dairy intake low

Through his latest Newsletter, Cutler pointed out how it is very important to keep one’s inflammations in check as one ages. He also observed that people need to visit doctors to get their intolerances tested for the gut to understand what to include in their diet or not. He stated, “I have always been an advocate of being smart and taking care of your body for the long-term, which is why I am going to list 5 strategies which can help reduce inflammation right now.”

Cutler then listed down all his strategies to mind one’s health. He first suggested how one should get omega 6 and Omega 3 fats with Krill oil. As well as any supplement with a high-strength curcumin, with bioperine which works great as an anti-inflammatory. Moreover, Cutler also suggested to away from fried foods and diaries. He said, “Keep dairy content low, a lot of people have issues processing dairy, especially in higher volumes. I find those who cut back see the benefits with their gut.”

As much as Cutler has advised people not to have fried food he has also rejected it himself. Cutler has once told his fans how he does not eat KFC food.

The bodybuilding beast, four-time Mr. Olympia had once talked about how he does not eat Kentucky Fried Chicken because he is afraid that he would get so attached to the fried chicken that it would be hard for him to get back to his daily lifestyle. He said, “I mean, I burn my egg whites. Boy, if I even cheat on my diet with Pizza, I’d prefer it burnt.”
