Brandon Curry also pointed towards his faith in god and the fact that he is a believer. Furthermore, he also suggested how one should not think that what is weak right now cannot become great someday. He said, “But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise, and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty”.

Brandon Curry almost did not participate in this year’s Mr.Olympia contest. After Nick Walker quit the contests when fans were scared about Curry’s decision about the competition, the bodybuilder dropped an official statement only hours before.

He stated, “Wasn’t really a life-threatening situation. After being monitored, looked over by doctors, and tested, they finally came to a conclusion that I was cleared”.
