David Goggins is a retired Navy SEAL officer who is unstoppable. Be it bodybuilding, training Tony Ferguson for UFC, or battling his phobias of water, he is relentless in his pursuit of the best possible health. He is always uploading motivational videos on Instagram while going for his intense running sessions.

This time as well he had a profound explanation for going on and continuing in life toward the path of fitness. Even after coming out from rehab, he continues to go on his run and stay healthy.

Goggins 48, is highly skilled as an endurance athlete who completed more than 60 ultra-marathons, triathlons, and ultra-triathlons, relentlessly breaking records and winning top-five placements. He has also held the Guinness World Record for pull-ups, having completed an outstanding 4,030 in just 17 hours. So rehab is not going to dim his energy.

In the video, he was doing his intense running, while also speaking to the audience. He said, “ Life is relentless you better keep coming back from all your failures all your doubts all your sh**.” He said that life always gets hard and even if you break you need to get up because everyone irrespective of status knows how it feels to fail. He continued, “One thing in life, suffering has no expiration date.”

So according to him, we need to keep fighting and be hard. Even Joe Rogan agrees with his philosophy and also agrees to the fact that not everyone is fit to live like Goggins.

Joe Rogan compliments Goggins

The IFC commentator loves the retired Navy to death. He said “But he’s lovely. He’s a great guy. Like, as a human, I love him to death. As a human, he’s great. He’s a cool guy.” He also mentioned that everyone is not strong enough to live a lifestyle like him, and he is not someone to be slandered with.

Rogan admitted that Goggins has a strong willpower and resolve which is extremely hard to break, and that is what makes him such a strong individual. He also said that if a person gets to know him, then they will know how wonderful he is as a person.
