Senada Greca acknowledges the value of walking

Greca believes that walking is one of the important steps in everyday workout routine and will help one deal with various health issues. According to her, it makes the body active and full of stamina. However, the lethargic or sedentary lifestyle of people doesn’t let them include walking in their daily routine as a result, various health conditions knock on their door. “I do my best to walk twice a day, so I get morning sunlight and sunset light,” she had said. “Both help regulate the sleep cycle,” she added.
