The bodybuilding world was shaken after the news of notable fitness icon Jo Lindner’s (popularly known by his social media alias, Joesthetics) passing away surfaced. His sudden demise at the mere age of 30 was a concerning matter for the sphere. Although the cause of his death was stated as an aneurysm, the community still wanted additional clarification on the issue.

Therefore, fitness YouTuber and bodybuilder Greg Doucette recently took the initiative to shed light on the matter with enough information and logic. He revealed that Lindner had actually taken an absurd amount of COVID-19 vaccine shots due to peer pressure, as had Doucette himself. Yet, the consequences varied between the two athletes; however, that doesn’t justify his sudden demise itself.

As per the source, the 47-year-old athlete took a moment to share that Jo Lindner had confessed to taking “four” COVID-19 vaccine shots in a previous interview. In the Bradley Martin Podcast, the German influencer opened up about his concerning incident with vaccines. He claimed that his peers had pressurized him to take it, and he soon observed “abnormalities” in his bloodwork. Later regretting it, he underwent plasmapheresis to clean out his blood twice.

Surprisingly, Doucette revealed that he was in the same scenario and had taken “the exact same shots for the exact same reasons as Jo had described.” However, getting to the exact reason stated for Lindner’s death, the IFBB pro highlighted that “genetic conditions” can influence an individual’s life span. Also, given that Lindner’s aunt also passed away due to an aneurysm, it was speculated that the condition was genetic and that the athlete inherited it from his family.

Perhaps those genetics were not as strong as those of someone else,” Doucette noted. While the turn of events that led to the aneurysm is still unknown, the athlete took the help of a scientific paper to help explain the scenario. The technical words simply indicated the genetic composition and complex biological pathways that might have resulted in such a condition. He added, “Although he appears to be extremely healthy, he’s getting regular blood work, we don’t know if the veins, arteries, and so on are actually as strong as they could have been.” Besides the speculations and discussions, the closest person to Lindner, his partner Nicha, gave a deeper glimpse into the unfortunate scenario.

Taking to Instagram, the late fitness icon’s girlfriend, Nicha, confessed to an eye-opening revelation soon after his demise. She dedicated a post to his partner and disclosed that the primary cause was an aneurysm. However, that doesn’t mean there were no symptoms. The Thai bodybuilder confessed that Lindner had complained of “neck pain” for the past three days.

Yet the couple had decided to do nothing about it, discarding it as mere discomfort. Sadly, the afternoon that he passed away, the couple were spending a special time together, and Lindner passed away in Nicha’s arms.
