Cutler wrote, ?Pro Tip Of The Day: To get really crazy triceps and get that horseshoe shape you have got to be smart about exercise selection. Triceps need a combination of pushdown type exercises and a lot of overhead work as well to get the right stretch on the long head.? He also emphasized that triceps are hard to make and said, ?I think triceps is one of those muscle groups a lot of people get wrong in the gym. Here are 2 awesome exercises for horseshoe triceps… Steep Incline EZ Bar and Cable Overhead Extensions.?

Cutler has previously talked about coping with gastric distress in his newsletters, which becomes a huge issue over time and needs to be dealt with properly. He also shared a hack that minimizes gut problems. ?Health is something we should all care about, but after 40 it does become more important,??he wrote in his newsletter. He has also elucidated that gut health and age are proportional, and with age, digestion becomes weaker. According to Jay, avoiding heavy meals is the best solution.
