Chris Bumstead is one such bodybuilder, who has one of the best forms among his present-day peers in the industry. Recently, he shared his Coleman-inspired workout, which had been proven to be quite beneficial for the latter before.

The four-time Mr. Olympia has been winning the title ever since 2019 for Classic Physique. It is needless to say, when Ronnie Coleman and Bumstead find each other’s physiques one of the greatest, they always inspire each other.

Chris Bumstead follows the training regime during high humidity

In a recent YouTube video on his channel @ChrisBumstead, Chris shared his full chest day workout snippets. The video is extremely educational and truthful, where CBum portrays his shortcomings. Unlike many others who try to depict their superiority, CBum showed his reality. He said, “Didn’t get 14. So we’re doing a drop set.” Then he explores why it is becoming hard to fulfil the set goals.

He then brings into light the new technique he is undertaking. Bumstead reveals that he has been working out in high humidity. Thus, he declares,?“Something about f****** 100? humidity; gives you like the craziest pump.”?He further notes that he has a very high amount of blood, which, though apparently good, doesn’t let him go over 12 reps.

Ronnie Coleman, the 8-time Mr. Olympia, and one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time, who had previously worked out in humidity, had once commented that CBum’s physique was the best.

In Coleman’s AMA, when he was asked about Bumstead, he firmly stated his honest opinion on CBum. He remarked without hesitating for even a second that Bumstead has the best classic physique of all time. Coleman strongly stated, “Absolutely the best physique I?ve ever seen in classic physique.” Additionally, he pronounced, “Got to be the best physique I?ve ever seen, period.”
