Glen Powell’s “Anyone But You” Body Transformation: Diet and Workout

Bodybuilding isn’t the only industry that centers around well-maintained physiques. The entertainment industry also runs on actors who have shredded bodies that often rival bodybuilders. American actor Glen Powell is one such actor known for his jacked physique, yet he apparently does not work very hard for it. Owing to the same notion, Powell often gets talked about for having amazing genetics that align with his profession.

After Dark Knight Rises, Powell has been cast in many movies like “Set it Up”, “Devotion”, “Top Gun: Maverick” and his latest release, “Anyone but You”. In this movie, Powell has been highly appreciated by the audience because of his shirtless appearance, so much so that it is hard to believe that the actor does not like dieting at all.

In his latest video, YouTuber Will Cozens talks about how Powell has an insanely chiseled body despite his casual approach. He puts his opinion forward about how the actor does not take his workouts or diets seriously. Yet Cozens was astonished by the body Powell still maintains and improves. He thus went on to say that Glen Powell had “Movie Star Genetics“. Powell has stated that if he is ever forced to be on a strict and true diet, he will become “Grumpy Glen”.

Powell has also shed light on how much he likes to have the freedom to choose whatever food he wants to eat. He confessed, “I don’t ever feel like I’m actually dieting. I eat what I love.” He also warned his fans, “Don’t focus on the diet because all you do is think about food. Otherwise, you become like a weird obsessed person about food.” The actor confessed to liking, “Eggs, kale, sweet potato, chicken, salmon, oat milk, and a whole load of hummus, some protein shakes.” Surprisingly, Powell also consumes as many as 7-8 cups of coffee every day.

Glen Powell’s workout preference

Powell is revealed to indulge himself with weights, pilates, and battle ropes. But he himself talked about not liking a strict routine. Thus, he stated, “I just like to switch it up, every day. I’m not a guy with a plan. I’m better when I move. I like to run stairs, do a little cardio, throw on some weights.”

Glen Powell seems to understand the balance he needs to maintain between his own happiness and the restrictions he needs to be on to help him reach his peak. Hence, although there has been controversy about his PED use, the actor persists in having strong authority over his life and lifestyle.
