A drastic transformation is not possible without following a strict diet and a hardcore workout routine consistently. This is exactly why Hemsworth launched his own fitness app, where he posts regular content related to health and wellness to help his subscribers get the most gains. While Hemsworth is most known for his role as ‘Thor’ in Marvel, he had a different ‘weapon’ in his hands in a recent Instagram post that was uploaded on Centr’s Instagram page.

The problems Derek has with Centr

Derek maintains an active social media presence on his Instagram as well as YouTube as he runs the channel ‘More Plates More Dates.’ He is one of the first YouTubers who started making the popular ‘Natty Or Not’ videos. He insists creators, celebrities and athletes be open about their steroid usage to ensure that the audience has a fair idea of what natural bodybuilding is. Derek has previously made several videos on Hemsworth as well, claiming that Chris has used steroids for his transformations.

Revealing his take on the ‘Centr’ app, Derek admitted that even though the workouts mentioned on the app are effective, “You’re not going to look like a f***ing Chris out there.” After advising Hemsworth to be “transparent,” the YouTuber also added, “When I gain 30 pounds of muscle for a role, it’s because of my gear, not because of my f***ing kettlebell swings.”
