While there is a constant query among bodybuilding beginners about the best split to follow when it comes to training, the truth is that there is no such thing as the perfect training split. A good training split is one that you can follow for a long period of time consistently without any trouble. Talking along the same lines, in a resurfaced video, 21-year-old fitness creator Sam Sulek guided his audience about this.

Sam Sulek’s wise advice to new lifters

Internet sensation and young bodybuilder Sam Sulek went viral on the internet with his TikTok videos that showed his insane bulk. While he is open about his steroid usage, the mass monster frame that he carries still requires a lot of dedication and determination. In the resurfaced video, he explained that there is no such thing as the perfect workout or a training split. “It doesn’t exist. If I do one set and it kind of feels off, move on to something else,” Sulek revealed.

Continuing further, Sulek advised, “What you should really be focusing on is trying to get a basic understanding of reps, sets, drop sets, super sets, whatever else you’re into, and then do what you think feels good. Go hard, get a crazy pump, go home, and eat.”
