Whoever crosses paths with him is also required to work out with him and understand his grueling yet effective training strategies. The fitness freak did not leave his friend Eric Beasley who got a taste for what leg day feels like with his superstar friend.

Wahlberg smashed the workout because the video he uploaded clearly shows that Beasley had enough for the day and his legs were about to shut down from the workout.

Mark Wahlberg unleashes his sense of humor

In the latest Instagram video, we get to see the interior of Wahlberg’s home and his friend. But what would catch the people’s eye is Beasley is walking with a lot of effort because his calf muscles seemed to be in pain in the aftermath of a training session with Wahlberg. “He did his legs with me, of course, he looks like he got kicked in the a** by a donkey,” the star hilariously pointed out.

Jokes aside, Wahlberg has never compromised on his fitness. This extreme regime is also sometimes thrust upon his unsuspecting friends like Beasley. Even Beasley’s wife shared a story on her Instagram lamenting about the leg day and wrote, “@markwahlberg what did you do to my @ericbeeze?”

But Mark Wahlberg is not a lone member of the 4 am club. Recently, the star revealed other who accompany him in those early hours.

A previous Instagram post saw the fitness enthusiast showcase how his friend Mike was going about his weight loss journey. His friend was just about three pounds away from reaching his desired weight of 200 lbs and Wahlberg showcased his journey as a member of the 4 am tribe. He explained, “It is day 96 of the 4 am club, Mike started at 280…look at that Mike. Wow! 2.7 pounds in the go of 200.”

He also advocated that the early risers club has a better shot at weight loss and even showed the progress of the friend who proved that the 4 am routine could actually yield great results. The exercises might be growing, but all his friends have definitely benefited from his fitness programmes.

The Hollywood actor and business mogul is not stopping anytime soon and spreading his message of fitness and exercise to the entire world.
