The newsletters had broadened people’s knowledge of fitness while Arnie backed his advice with scientific studies to make Arnold Pump Club more authentic. No doubt his fitness tips are more balanced and help in sustainability. Quite often, members of his village narrate the benefits they are reaping with Arnold’s newsletter. 

The recent edition of Arnie’s newsletter had received praise from a village member who assumed that she was doing her workouts right till she found the exercise routine in Arnold Pump Club‘s latest newsletter edition. “I tried the new workout in the newsletter today and realized I have a lot of work to do. Thank you for helping us grow!” she confessed on her Twitter account.

Arnold Pump Club’s latest workout routine

After hours of training to build an Olympia building physique during his prime, Schwarzenegger has developed intense knowledge about various workout regimes. However, he does take expert advice to curate reliable content. The recent exercise plan in his newsletter includes three cycles with multiple exercises,30 seconds for each workout.

The first cycle includes Bear crawl, left-leg bodyweight step up, pushup, right-leg bodyweight step up, single-leg hip thrust for left, mountain climber, single-leg hip thrust for right. The second cycle has plank, bodyweight squat, bodyweight jump squat, pull-up, and bodyweight lunge for the left, followed by the right. The final cycle includes pushup, rear-foot elevated split squat for left followed by right, squat is held ending with a reverse crunch.
