The three-time Mr. Olympia runner-up, Rich Gaspari, recently posted a video of Hadi on Instagram. The post accompanies a long message from Gaspari, mostly directed towards the haters. He deliberately writes to support Mr. Olympia,?“The haters will comment that he is using bad form but obviously Hadi has build a thick back from his intense training.”

Rich doesn’t stop defending there. He further comments firmly, “My point is professionals like Hadi know how to train to push their body to extremes”. Moreover, he also speculates the baseless hate they have been getting, “We have a bunch of trolls who will criticize his form and mine yet in real life training to be the best Hadi will use every principle to be a champion.”

In the video, Hadi is observed engaging in a rigorous workout with great intensity. Rich explains in his captions, “@hadi_choopan is using the overload principle to build his back. The heavier weight he is more upright to handle the heavier weight and as he drops gets more strict in the movement bending over more until his last drop set he is almost parallel with the floor as he lightens the weight.”?He additionally states,?“In the loose form in doing the t-bar rows he is benefiting to stimulate muscle growth and as he lightens the weight he gets more strict in form and continues to hit his middle back training to failure.”
