The iconic character of Batman has been brought to life on the big screen by various actors over the years, with each portrayal leaving a unique imprint on the superhero’s legacy. When it was announced that Robert Pattinson would be donning the cape and cowl for the latest installment, the fitness and bodybuilding world held its breath in anticipation.

However, much to the delight of many, Pattinson chose a different path from his predecessors, Ben Affleck and Christian Bale, opting not to transform himself into a mass monster for the role. Instead, he embraced functional fitness, proving that the path to becoming the Dark Knight does not solely rely on bulking up insanely. While fans have mixed feelings on this, many of them appreciate Pattinson for not resorting to PEDs and crushing gym sessions in order to get extra-ripped.
