Greg Doucette calls out Eddie Hall

In a recent video uploaded by Greg Doucette on his YouTube channel, the IFBB Pro coach discusses the harsh reality of bodybuilding. He drops a truth bomb by saying, “Those who are Ultra successful of bodybuilding are those who can handle the diet.” However, Doucette is not confident of Hall maintaining a strict diet regime.

If Eddie Hall truly wants to be a bodybuilder, it’s more than traveling the world, meeting up with Jay Cutler, Chris Bumstead, perhaps Ronnie Coleman, and so on,” the YouTuber stresses. Speaking about the strongman he further adds, “He needs to learn how to diet.”

Greg Doucette, however, finds himself as the best coach to Hall, who could make the strongman diet with the help of his cookbook. The Beast, however, keeps his training sessions intense. He is a frequent visitor to the gym, where he trains for a couple of hours for his bodybuilding debut.

The Strongman’s bodybuilding plan

Hall told the details to his fans about his plan for the ideal physique. He would first bulk up by gaining 433 pounds and then cut by the year-end. “Like bulk, get the muscles big and juicy and then cut,” he told in a video with Jamie Johal. The plan, however, didn’t go well with some fitness enthusiasts as they pointed out that the Beast has chosen the hard path toward the stage of bodybuilding.
