Former pro bodybuilder Robby Robinson was the real deal back in the day. However, even at the age of 77, the athlete has still kept his shredded regimen going as he never misses a day at the gym. His biggest cheer often comes from bodybuilding titan Mike O’Hearn during their routine gym sessions together.

Robinson has featured in a number of workout videos with O’Hearn. Similarly, in the most recent episode, the actor called out young athletes for being frail and complaining about a workout when Robinson effortlessly kills it.

The 54-year-old pro never misses a chance to turn the spotlight towards the Black Prince, still killing intense workouts at the gym. However, this time, O’Hearn decided to point out that the young generation is too wary or finds excuses to skip past demanding exercises. “Robbie Robinson closing in on 80 just did behind that pull downs but wait a minute your expert says that’s a No-No,” he mocked.

He urged them to look upon Robinson as an inspiration, given his undying passion for fitness, and take notes from him. The athlete even dedicated an Instagram post to the Golden Era great.
