Arnold Schwarzenegger shares his life-altering moment

The Terminator icon was born in 1947 into an underprivileged family. Arnie had to sustain his childhood with minimum resources that enhanced his resolve to succeed. He chose bodybuilding to shine as an athlete, and unparalleled success followed. The latest version of Arnold Pump Club has answered a few questions asked by fans. A follower asked, “How did you start and why?” Replying to it, Arnie recounted, “When I was 15, I joined the weightlifting club and never looked back.”

 The Pumping Iron icon trained beyond limits with a vision to earn the Mr. Universe title. Kurt Marnul, who was Mr. Austria, helped train me, and he said in my documentary that the key to bodybuilding is pushing past the pain threshold, and he said I was the only one who seemed to love the pain,” confessed the 76-year-old.

Schwarzenegger opined that his capability to push beyond pain is due to his vision to win. While the newsletter never fails to bring such inspiring stories, it mainly focuses on sharing wellness-oriented tricks. Earlier, Schwarzenegger shared a 3-minute solution for cancer prevention.

The life-threatening health issue that has been on the rise in recent times is cancer. And the disease doesn’t differentiate, as it can be diagnosed in all age groups and genders. So, Arnie recently shared the easiest way to reduce the risk of the fatal condition, in his newsletter.

Sharing the research findings of the UK Biobank Accelerometry Study, Arnie suggested, “short bursts of daily activity could be a valuable habit.” The study reveals just three minutes of activity can help in reducing cancer risk by 30 percent. “Think sprinting up stairs or rushing around the home,” Arnie said in the newsletter.
