Mitchell Hooper and 4th Graders

In his latest YouTube video, Mitchell Hooper portrayed himself in various fitness activities with some 4th-grade students. At the beginning of the video, he declared the challenge by stating, “I’m the World’s Strongest Man. Time to see how many 4th graders it takes to take me down.” He then emphasized, “Before I put my ego on the line for your entertainment, I want to test these girls out to prove how strong they really are.”

The strong man then went on to have a strength test. The winner is supposed to be decided based on who can hold the longest plank. Although it seemed like an easy win for Hooper, the fourth-grader girls had different opinions. Hooper confessed, “Believe it or not, the World’s Strongest Man simply can’t keep up to some 4th-grade girls.” After tapping for 2 minutes and 30 seconds, Hooper did not find himself the winner.

Outside of being the World’s Strongest Man, Mitchell Hooper is also an outstanding influencer. In the competitive fitness world where every gym partner tries to overtake each other, Hooper promotes a good bond with one’s training partner.

Mitchell Hooper’s insights about training partners

Given the risks undertaken by each strong man or lifter, it is not guesswork that the chances of injuries are pretty high. In one of the videos uploaded by Hooper, the strong man shows how enquiring and helping out one’s training partner can bring a lot of change within them. He thus wrote, “Never forget to support your brothers in iron.”

Hooper always depicts a positive side of fitness that can help boost motivation. The humongous beast who might seem unapproachable is much more amiable. Not only did he communicate well with the children, but not long ago, he also shared his gratitude and appreciation for his well-wishers.
