This was a result of years of heavy lifting that led him to use a wheelchair for the rest of his life. Surprisingly, Coleman is not an easy nut to crack. The only regret he still has in his life is not attempting a second rep on his famous 800 lbs squat. Unfortunately, Coleman still has to undergo the pain and trauma, that was a result of his years of hard training. However, he did find a therapy that helped him get rid of the pain temporarily.
