He understands the importance of hard-core exercises, effective in targeting every muscle in the body. His love for high-intensity squat training is age-old as he has shared many videos on it. Recently, he left people amazed with his mind-blowing 400 lbs squatting.

In a recent Instagram post, O’Hearn once again was seen accepting a challenge by pushing through his limits. Maintaining his balance with unwavering determination, he effectively performed many reps of squatting. His workout was strengthened with450 lbs with slant boards 20° & a pause on an 12 Inch box & lifting shoes for more range.” The caption of the video expressed his love for intensity by saying, “I freaking love this stuff.”

He further wrote in the caption that this was one of the most difficult squats he’s done in his life. He often had fun and a sense of contentment after doing this 30-day blitz volume 2 session.

Bodybuilding Titan’s 30 day blitz workout for chest

O’Hearn claims to be extremely benefiting from the Blitz training regimen, which he currently follows dedicatedly. He usually takes similar kinds of challenges to enhance strength and muscles. He is following an exercise program dedicated to 30 days, with five days divided for a month. 

Titan believes that this particular technique is extremely challenging and effective.
