Gaspari’s reply to the trolls

In his latest Instagram post, one of his followers commented how the bodybuilding beast does not use the proper amounts of weight and that is why he is susceptible to getting injured. Furthermore, the fan also insinuated how Gaspari’s “Egolifting” might get him into trouble. Hearing such an accusation, Gaspari furiously yet meticulously addressed him sarcastically, saying that he would have won at least one Mr. Olympia if he had listened to the commenter’s tips.

In addition, when the troll continued accusing him of using weights beyond one’s capacity, Gaspari couldn’t keep calm and tolerate such allegations. Thus he commented, “Yes I have. Been training for over 40 years And yes you can have loose form and still effectively train a muscle. I?m training myself. This is not an instructional video on form. I have no injuries and I?m 60 my friend.”

In his latest Instagram post, Rich Gaspari shared a video demonstrating all the exercises he does for building his back thickness. Even at the age of 60, the bodybuilder showed no signs of aging or restraints when it comes to training hard. In the caption, he wrote, thus guiding and motivating his audience to build their back, “Working on back thickness with different angles of rows. Using old school medium grip low rows then using Hammer strength top rows with t-bar rows and hammer one arm rows to build middle and lower lat thickness.”
