A Football player who later garnered more fame as a television presenter and a sports reporter. He played as a defensive end for the New York Giants in the NFL for 15 years. In 2008, the NY Giants won the Super Bowl, which made them more famous, and one player who gained most of the attention was Michael Anthony Strahan.
After retiring from football, instead of choosing a career in the sport, the TV world fascinated him and became one of the most popular TV celebrities with his incredible persona off-court. His career has been quite impressive, even though he retired from the sport a long ago, but never truly ignored his fitness.

The 51-year-old former Pro still drills to be the fittest person in the community. However, his routine is pretty tough, like any other professional bodybuilder. Before delving into mainstream exercise, he always prefers to do some cardio. Afterward, he yields into weightlifting, and for that, he prefers bench press curls.

In a recent interview with Men’s Health, the former Pro stated that, no matter what, always prioritize your health. “You make time for what’s important and for me my health is important,” says the TV Host in the video.

Strahan is always up for Push-up training
Additionally, he said that it felt like being in hot, humid conditions with coaches blowing whistles and making you do lots of reps. These training sessions include running and getting on the ground repeatedly. He further added in relief, “I was done with NFL, I was done with burpees for life.” The conversation didn’t end there. The interviewer asked him again about his favorite movements.
To which he excitedly replied, “I love a good pushup nothing like a push-up every day I made a pact with myself for a year I was doing at least 200 push-ups a day but then after the 200 became pretty easy I went up to 300 and I ended up at one point at 500 push-ups a day.” He is really fond of push-ups and overall well-being.
