His strive helped him turn into an IFBB Pro and soon he became a rising star of elite bodybuilding. However, he chose retirement early for his health and family. A couple of weeks ago, he suffered a knee injury. Recently, the fitness icon shared a story of the contentment he realized after returning to training.

Marc Lobliner returns to training
In a recent Instagram post, Marc Lobliner uploaded a video of himself doing a leg press. Along with the video, on a long note, he talked further about his tweaked left knee incident that happened a few weeks ago. Expressing gains after suffering an injury, he said, “I’ve been making gains with the little ouchie and will make even more gains now!” Despite the pain, he is determined to gain more, and adding further he said, “Let’s make a run this year, I still have it in me!”

Considering his leg as the main subject, he said that his legs seem to be growing but didn’t know for sure until he was a leaner. Continuing further, he said, “ literally have people complimenting them daily when I wear my hoochie-daddy shorts.” He said the leg press felt good, and his left knee, which he tweaked weeks ago during coaching, was recovering and feeling good. Despite his love for the sport, he took an early retirement from it, and recently he also spilled beans about it.

Marc Lobliner spoke about his retirement
In one of his recent posts, Lobliner revealed his untold story of bodybuilding. He wrote on Instagram, “I competed as a middleweight at 174lbs. This was the year I became known for insane conditioning, even my jaws were striated!” However, he left bodybuilding, putting his family and health as a priority. To achieve perfection, he did not go to the extreme.

Talking about the retirement, “But this calling card led to my eventual retirement from the stage in 2013 because being this lean caused me to be more of an a**hole than I normally am,” He added. Marc Lobliner is one bodybuilder who could have reached the pinnacle. However, he decided to quit early to focus on his personal life and marriage. Was it the right step to quit the sport early?
