This notion has been taken seriously by an 81-year-old man, Harry King, who is an accomplished fitness trainer from South Carolina. He is among those whose fitness journey works as an inspiration for other fitness seekers.
Even at this age, he gives importance to physical activities and ensures that he can move efficiently. Recently, the news of him rejoining Planet Fitness after retirement has been doing the rounds on the internet. But what is the reason behind King’s dedication to fitness?

Even when he does not teach classes, he never compromises with his routine of exercising. He usually engages in physical activities for up to 90 minutes and 5 times a week. During the exercises, his main focus is to enhance strength and effortless mobility. According to The Fortune, King said, “I want to continue to move properly as I get older.”
Despite being affected by rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis for decades, he is still living his dream life of easy mobility through his strict exercise routines. Earlier, King used to work as a senior VP of sales and marketing for an insurance company, but in 1990, he retired and then started serving the fitness world by becoming a personal fitness coach.
