There’s nothing better than the pump,’ are the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger in Pumping Iron, 1975. He still reiterates his words as a 75-year-old. To share his thoughts on fitness, the Austrian Oak even launched a newsletter this year and his fans are more than excited with the news.

Recently, Men’s Health YouTube channel shared a small clip of the 7x Mr.Olympia champion where he was seen encouraging a man to pump iron. The video is now celebrated by Arnie’s fans who left appreciative comments for the bodybuilder’s impressive act.

Fans react to Arnold Schwarzenegger’s clip

A man could be seen lifting weights in the video while Schwarzenegger was encouraging him. “Give me two more,” said the Terminator actor asking the man to push for some more reps. He further added, “There you are one for Mommy, son of a b***h,” before bursting into laughter. The man was overwhelmed by Arnie’s support as he hugged the bodybuilding icon after the pump.

Fans were all hearts for the 75-year-old’s clip. “I love Arnold. Still being himself,” an admirer wrote in awe of Schwarzenegger’s attitude. “Even after all the years Arnold’s charisma has never left,” commented a proud fan. While another wished to have Arnie as a fitness partner,  “I wish I had a training partner like that. I start to look crazy saying it to myself.

An emotional viewer commented, “I’d start crying too if Arnold was motivating me while I pump iron,” after watching the clip. A fan of the bodybuilder appreciated the motivation by the star and wrote, “Bro that comment would make me smash out 10 more.” Schwarzenegger holds his bodybuilding career in high esteem even after venturing into different spheres like acting and politics.

Austrian Oak credits bodybuilding for everything

A couple of heart surgeries, shoulder and knees surgery didn’t stop Schwarzenegger from hitting the gym. However, he shifted the focus from weights to other efficient workouts unlike in his prime. The bodybuilder-turned-actor credits his bodybuilding career to his vision in life.

Bodybuilding gave me everything. I don’t know if I didn’t get into bodybuilding if I would have got a clear vision of where to go in life,” he said, per Men’s Health.
