Marc Lobliner’s muscle-stimulating tips
In a recent Instagram post, Lobliner uploaded a video showing engaged in full ROM reps to make his chest stronger than before. In the video, he can be seen doing a dumbbell bench press with a full range of motion. Along with the video, he wrote a cation, revealing a secret behind well-conditioned muscles, “The basics build it and the basics keep it growing!”

Sharing the details of his workout, he said that he worked with heavy weights and controlled, full ROM reps to reduce risk and increase gains. Ensuring that no harm was done, he focused on the muscle gains as well with an intense chest workout. Continuing further, he said, “While my chest is a strength, I need it to be stronger!” According to him, full ROM training helps the bodybuilding gain strength and muscle hypertrophy.
