Recently he was asked how he dealt with a back-to-gym regimen after his surgery.

Arnold Schwarzenegger was asked how he dealt with the intensity levels of his workouts after his open heart surgeries. As a reply, Schwarzenegger first drew attention to the fact that it highly depends on how much challenge each individual faces after such surgeries. Then the bodybuilder stated, “My replacement heart valves made lifting heavy impossible. I have friends who kept training but had to adjust and do some exercises light for injuries.”

The bodybuilder also confessed, “It is really a person to person question. If you can keep training with full intensity at heavy weights, I’m jealous.”

Schwarzenegger did not talk about physical fitness only. The influencer has also spread awareness about mental stability and how depression can affect people. In the process, he has also tried helping them by giving his fans a way of dealing with depression.

The bodybuilder finds it necessary to talk about how physical activities can become a way to deal with it. He suggests that at least 25 minutes of walking or other form of exercise might become helpful and help treat not only mental, but several other illnesses too.
