Kalecinski is in awe of Chris Bumstead

Chris Bumstead has already won Mr Olympia Classic Physique 4 times and this is the 5th time he is competing. The 29-year-old has health hazards like an autoimmune disease, joint pains, and even mental stress but he does not let these get to him. The calm bodybuilder strives through all pain and hardships.

While doing bicep curls in Bumstead?s newly made gym, the conversation went to the stress a bodybuilder has while competing. The fact that family and friends are a huge support also came up. Kalenscinski asked him, ?I don?t know how you can like to stay in it like this for five fuc*** years.?

He also complemented Bumstead?s brother-in-law because he chose to retire from bodybuilding when he realized that it was causing him stress rather than happiness. Even Bumstead had scared his fans with a retirement update but he recently cleared his notions about it.

The?29-year-old massive hunk stunned his?fans with a confident opinion about his own position in the bodybuilding community right now. He also spoke about his preparation for Mr O and gave his physique update. When he was asked if he is emotionally ready for the 5th Mr Olympia he stated,??I am very emotionally ready for this year?s Olympia. I had a really non-emotionally ready beginning of prep.?

He also added,??I feel really locked into that spot right now and I feel like I?m in a good spot, physically, emotionally ready to f**k shit up.? Bumstead knows what is right and wrong for him and what gives him confidence. He is careful about his diet, workout, and even mental health.
