The bodybuilder now opened up about his nutrition which helps him to maintain his 360lbs physique. In the latest episode of the Escape Your Limits Podcast, the Fast & Furious 9 actor revealed his thoughts on supplements while training.

Martin Ford opens about supplement consumption

In the video shared on the YouTube channel Escape Fitness, Ford was asked by the host, “Are you supplementing like protein or anything like that?” The Nightmare replied, “I love supplements but, it infuriates me how people don’t understand them.

He further added that supplement intake “in the right place at the right time in the right amounts” would be brilliant. Revealing his supplement list, the bodybuilder said, “The big ones I’d always lean on to will be vitamins, creatines, aminos.”

Ford’s work ethic and positive mindset have made him a sensational fitness influencer with 4 million followers. Earlier, the bodybuilding giant opposed the usage of steroids in any sports competitions. He even commented on Dwayne Johnson’s alleged steroid usage.

The Nightmare comments on The Rock’s steroid allegations

The speculations about Dwayne Johnson’s steroid consumption are constant, thanks to his shredded physique as a 51-year-old. Martyn Ford was also one of the bodybuilders who commented on these speculations. When asked by Rob Moore in an interview about Johnson’s steroids claims, Ford shrugged off saying he doesn’t have any knowledge about the same.

Upon further insistence by the host, Ford commented “He trains ridiculously hard, and he’s worked every second for his physique. If he’s natural, he’s fu**ing gifted, but I wouldn’t say anything about him by doing it or not doing it.
