She is a 10-year-old weightlifter and can deadlift 100 kilograms beltless! She is also the Two-time U.S. Youth National Weightlifting champion with a gold medal.

Rory recently shared a new video on Instagram, showcasing her impressive deadlift progress as she lifts a heavier weight. In this remarkable feat, she manages to tie the world record! However, fans have varying opinions about her technique and form.

Rory Van Ulft lifts 231lbs at only 9 years old

The video is captioned, ??? 105 KG (231 lbs), tying the WORLD RECORD listed on openpowerlifting.com (How?s my depth? ?).? Rory is seen lifting 105kg or 231 lbs of weight on her shoulders with the help of her coach and she succeeds!

She further wrote, “Target 2/5 hit? ? Thanks to Coach @moormanlifter and the entire team at @canam_sc for all the support!? This is not the first time that she has tried out lifting three times her body weight o camera. She had also previously lifted 90 kg or 198.4-pound weight. ?She occasionally practices powerlifting when training and she has done record-level lifting. at such a tender age.

One person wrote, ?Terrible form. Shouldn?t be promoting poor form regardless of how great an athlete she is.? Another person wrote, ?It?s too much, your knees are too close, you probably will do injury if you try to do that.? One fan asked the coach to, ?Teach her how to squat properly.?

The commenter talked about her form, ?The knees ?.? Another fan also wrote the same thing and said, “Her form is so wrong. Spine injury waiting to happen. Get her lighter weights and teach a proper technique.”
