She filmed a video of herself walking after a morning run and she explained a few important aspects of starting a fitness lifestyle at her age.

Fern Britton talks about hardships regarding fitness

Britton continued her warm-down walk and talked about her experience. She said, ?Okay, well, that?s the first run that defeated me because my go-faster trousers took off too fast and I thought, ?I?m fine, absolutely fine,? then after 13 minutes, two minutes to the halfway bell, my brain shouted, ?Stop!? and I stopped??

After that, the 65-year-old explained that she walked for 2 minutes and finally picked up her pace to carry on till the end. Fern started the video on her warm-down walk after all this ordeal. Britton also continued, ?It was hard! It is difficult, I won?t wear my go-faster trousers on the next run in a couple of days??

The star also talked about the fact that she started the run too fast and it was not easy, but her avid fans supported her and encouraged her efforts. Fans applauded Fern on the fact that she dared to show her natural self and put effort into her fitness journey. Britton has also talked about her walks and morning runs and how she feels proud of herself after accomplishing a milestone.

Britton feels?proud of her accomplishments

She previously shared another Instagram video about her morning walks and said, ?Do you know what? I have done my first one (run), of the final week, 30 minutes nonstop.? Britton continued, ?20 to 8 in the morning and I?ve done it.?

Britton also assured her fans that she is pleased with herself. She reiterated that her fans should also be pleased with their progress in their fitness journey. The morning Tv anchor concluded by discussing achieving one challenge and saying, ?Blimey! Didn?t think I could do that 2 months ago!? So, she is accomplishing milestone after milestone in her life and fitness journey.
