Mike O’Hearn revealed the truth about Controlled reps

When The Titan was asked about the difference between a rushed fitness regime and a fast yet connected one, the bodybuilder gave out a crucial insight about the whole affair. He shed light on the fact that there is a particular connection in it. He stated, “You go on watch old-school Bertil Fox, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Tom.” He then added how all these people usually go quite hard with their reps and they just move through it.

He further added, “They are turning it. So there’s not s real connection. It’s more of just a flex and they are rotating everything else with it. So it’s a huge difference really.” The O’Hearn made it clear that he had experimented by slowing down people’s reps one after the other and instead of being more productive, their ranges usually dropped down to half, till O’Hearn pointed out that they only give around four or five reps.

O’Hearn stated that many people think light workouts are the best. He revealed, “stop misleading yourself by thinking you are doing good to the body.”
