The Venezuelan bodybuilder openly shared her daily workout routine, where she dedicates one hour each day to training a specific muscle group. She emphasized her training schedule, stating that Mondays are dedicated to working out shoulders and back, Tuesdays focus on the chest, Wednesdays target legs, and Thursdays again prioritize back and shoulders. She further revealed that Saturdays are dedicated to another leg workout. In addition, she explained that she includes bicep exercises on her chest days and incorporates tricep exercises along with her back training.

Josefina revealed that she competes in 4-5 competitions every year and consistently secures the first position. She mentioned that due to her age; she participates in the open category.
